Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

We only accept cancellations within 12 hours from the time that the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email at support@jewelsvogue.com with your order number within 12 hours.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card.

Cancellation by the Customer

If you have ordered a product by mistake, you may cancel the order. In case we receive a cancellation notice within 12 hours and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. The orders that have already been shipped out by us will not be cancelled and you will have to check our return policy on those orders. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Jewels Vogue and accept the said company’s decision regarding the cancellation.

 If your product has been shipped but not yet delivered, contact our customer service through Whatsapp or email and inform us of the same.

If it is a prepaid order, the amount will be refunded to you within 7-8 days provided that order has not been shipped or within 7-8 days from the receipt of the product, in case the product has already been shipped.

Under rare situations, Jewels Vogue can raise an order cancellation request. These situations could be: –

Product is out of stock.

Product is not worth shipping.

Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per terms and conditions of any Offer/ Discount.

Incorrect pricing or description of the product.

Incorrect or incomplete buyer’s address.

Non serviceability at the buyer’s address by our courier partners.

If it is prepaid order, the amount will be refunded to you in accordance with our refund policy. We will notify you through messages on your email/ whatsapp/ text when an order is cancelled due to the above reasons.

Any other reason, which is beyond the control of Jewels Vogue.

Colours

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Purity Guarantee

Purity of precious metal, for instance 925 silver have guaranteed minimum 92.5% silver purity.

Tolerance value

For silver items, where the metal weight is less than 50 grams +- 10% tolerance and items over 50 grams +- 5& will be acceptable.

Credit Card Details

User (s) agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by them for availing of services on Jewelsvogue.com will be correct and accurate and they shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by them. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to Jewels Vogue. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by Jewels Vogue with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. Jewels Vogue will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.
