1. Why are your prices attractive?

Operation overheads are kept to the minimal by having no retail storefront and no commissioned salesperson. We make ourselves known to the public through word of mouth and low-cost online social media such as Facebook and Instagram. This allows us to focus on maximizing your budget on the best quality jewelry at an affordable price.

2. Are discounts available?

3. Can I see your jewelry in person?

We currently have no retail shop. Note that we have no franchise either. Please contact us to enquire for bulk queries at enquiry@jewelsvogue.com. We are also experienced in working with customers remotely.

4. Which currency are your prices in?

All our prices online are in Indian Rupees. When you change the currency option on the website, the display price will be in the currency of your choice for your ease of conversion. However, the final price during purchase will be in Indian Rupees after applying the conversion rates to the currency that you have selected.

5. How do I make a purchase?

Browse through our shop section. The products are divided into categories for easier navigation. Once you like an item, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button below the item. To check the items in your cart, click on the cart icon at the top right of the page and select View Cart. In case you wish to delete any item from your shopping cart, click on the ‘Remove item’ link. If you wish to continue browsing, click on the “Continue Shopping” button. To place an order, click on the “Proceed to Check Out” button.

6. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes, for placing an order you need to make an account. However, you can browse the collections without creating an account. Setting up an account is quite simple. There are various benefits of having an account on the Jewels Vogue website.

b) Manage your account details, address book, and email preferences

7. How do I know the products you sell are authentic?

We guarantee we sell 100% authentic products, and the materials mentioned are exactly the material used. We guarantee you won’t find any discrepancy between two pieces of the same product except for natural minor variation.

8. Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?

Due to monitor or screen display settings, there may be variations in colours of the products. However, we try to display the colour as accurately as possible. Some products may appear smaller or larger than their actual size.

9. What to do if I want a product marked “Out of Stock”?

If you require the “Out of Stock” product, you can email us at support@jewelsvogue.com and we can check if the product can be arranged.

10. What payment methods does Jewels Vogue accept?

We offer COD throughout India. Razorpay, Paytm, and Google Pay is available for online payments. Bank transfer is available on request. We support international payments as well. If you are not able to make a payment via the above-listed methods, please WhatsApp us at +91 8527749742 or send us an e-mail at support@jewelsvogue.com and we will send you options to pay.

11. Is it safe to use my credit card online at Jewels Vogue?

Online security is of utmost importance to us at Jewels Vogue. Your data is safe with us. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit all transactions.

12. Does Jewels Vogue ship to multiple addresses?

If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders. Currently, we only ship to one address per order.

13. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Once an order is dispatched, we will be unable to change the shipping address.

14. How will I know you have received my order and when will the payment be deducted?

After placing an order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your payment card will be debited for your order on the day we send you the formal order confirmation. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

15. Where is my order?

We generally dispatch orders within 3-7 working days from the date of Order confirmation. You will get regular updates of your order on your registered email address. Once the order is dispatched you will get an email with shipping details & a tracking number to track your order.

16. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We have multiple shipping partners like FedEx, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Aramex, etc. All orders are usually delivered within 3-10 working days after dispatch.

17. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we use services like Aramex and DHL to ship online orders. International payments can be accepted via Razorpay. Your orders will only be processed upon successful payment.

18. Is my package insured?

All items from Jewels Vogue are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

19. Will I be charged tax?

For delivery within India, only GST is required. However, our prices on the website are
inclusive of all taxes. For all other destinations overseas, you may be subjected to import taxes, sales taxes, and/or customs duties, which are collected from you once the shipment arrives in your country. Jewels Vogue is unable to predict the total amount of the charges levied on the addressee due to the ever-changing nature of the rates and the different customs policies varying from country to country.

20. Are there any shipping charges to be incurred when I purchase online?

To give our customers an enjoyable shopping experience, shipping charges are waived for within India. We provide FREE DELIVERY throughout India. However, for international shipment, please note that there will be international shipping charges applicable.

21. How is my shipment packaged and delivered?

Your shipment using our courier services, will arrive in corrugated packaging to keep its contents a secure. After you open the outer packaging, you will see our elegantly branded gift packaging and in it contains your jewellery.

22. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been submitted, we will email you on the progress or you may also login to your account online to view the order status. On the day of shipment, we will email you the delivery confirmation that includes delivery-tracking information. You will be kept informed of the transportation process at every step.

23. How to take care of my jewelry?

With reasonable care, your jewellery can be a lasting treasure.

  • It is advisable to take off your jewellery when performing household chores, gardening and outdoor sports.
  • Jewellery can be damaged by many chemicals and all acids. The list includes hair spray, perfume, cosmetics, and even perspiration. Always apply perfume, hair products and cosmetics before putting on your jewellery. Remember: when dressing, jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.
