1. Does Jewels Vogue deliver internationally?

Yes, Jewels Vogue delivers worldwide with additional shipping charges as per the specific country.

2. What are the delivery charges?

To give our customers an enjoyable shopping experience, shipping charges are waived within India. We provide FREE DELIVERY throughout India. However, for international shipments, please note that there will be international shipping charges applicable.

3. What is the estimated delivery time?

If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 3-7 days from the order date. Whilst most of the items are delivered in 3-7 days, there are a few designs that may be delivered in 7-10 days.

4. How will the delivery be done?

We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.

5. What about hidden costs?

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price inclusive of all taxes. What you see is what you pay. Our prices include GST only. Please note for all other destinations overseas, you may be subjected to import taxes, sales taxes, and/or customs duties, which are collected from you once the shipment arrives at your country. Jewels Vogue is unable to predict the total amount of the charges levied on the addressee due to the ever-changing nature of the rates and the different customs policies varying from country to country.

6. How do I track my shipment?

Jewels Vogue uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation message within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation will have the couriers tracking number and the link for tracking.

7. What are the shipping costs on return product(s)?

All sales are final. We take a lot of care to check each and every piece before packing and shipping them to you so that you don’t have to worry about anything. We offer to return pick up for only damaged products received. Unnecessary exchanges and returns are not entertained.

8. What should I do if I miss my delivery?

Three delivery attempts will be made by the delivery system before your order
reaches back to us. You can get in touch with us via an email at support@jewelsvogue.com and our concerned professional will assist you further.

9. How do I check the status of my order?

Please tap on “My Orders” section under My Account on the website to check your order status. 

10. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

 Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by Whatsapp at 8527749742 or by writing to us at support@jewelsvogue.com. After the order has been processed no further changes are possible.
